Additional Notes

• A 50% down payment is required to confirm your booking.

• For events outside Iloilo but within Panay Island, rates will be doubled to cover logistics and related fees.

• For events outside Panay Island, we are currently unable to offer an on-site candle bar experience in these locations. We recommend providing clients with a reduced base rate as compensation for the absence of our in-person setup.

• If the client still prefers an on-site experience outside Panay Island, the rate will follow the “outside Iloilo” pricing, with additional transportation and accommodation fees. These will be discussed and finalized before confirming the booking.
