Who is Owlkemy?

We're woman-founded, small-batch maker of hearth-warming candles and home scents from our little space in Iloilo City. Founded by Katte Hibionada, each candle is a little story in wax, made with care and a touch of whimsy in hopes to spark a smile on your face.

We have always believed that art can be expressed in a variety of medium and wax and scents is simply one of them. Since our humble beginnings, we have always loved challenging the norm on how candles and scented items are seen by everyone. Whether it is through fun scents that reminds one of their fondest childhood memories whenever they walk in a room to being amazed on what their hands are capable of doing, Owlkemy aims to tap into one's child-like curiosity and turn it to something uniquely whimsical.
